EVENT: 4×4 Manchester: The Good City? Wednesdays in May

    4

A series of  “Ted Talk” style events about cities, held over four Wednesday evenings in May, each with four speakers and plenty of lively debate!

4×4 Manchester aims to challenge how you think about your discipline be it architecture, art, music, urban design, planning, etc. We want to promote a real debate about the state of our cities, stimulated by interesting, diverse, and provocative speakers.

4×4 Manchester is back! We’re shaking things up this year, making the events more social with a new venue and cash bar. We’ll be exploring the theme of The Good City? through the topics Tolerant, Safe, Welcoming and Radical. We have some excellent speakers for you – go check them out on our website!

The events will be chaired once more by URBED’s very own David Rudlin.

We are delighted to be holding the events at the International Anthony Burgess Foundation
