Date: 1st July

This is an invitation to all staff and research students to the rescheduled Faculty Practice as Research training event.

Emeritus Professor Robin Nelson (twice an RAE/REF sub-panel member for the Performing Arts) and Professor Steve Dixon (sub-panel member REF2014 and REF2021 for Art and Design) will reflect on Practice as Research and REF and share their experience of PaR submissions to REF. They will address the questions of when, and how an Arts process becomes Research and whether a practice needs to be under-pinned with theory. This will be followed by a Q&A session.

If you would like to attend this event please confirm your online attendance to Vanessa O’Regan at ArtHumRKE@mmu.ac.uk  by the 24th June. You will then be sent a link to join the event.
